Charitable Gift Annuity

It is a private annuity arrangement between the Barry Community Foundation and the donor. The donor makes an irrevocable contribution in exchange for a guaranteed lifetime income for him/herself and perhaps for a survivor income beneficiary. The Barry Community Foundation invests the gift until such time as it is no longer required to make the annuity payments. Then, the gift is used as designated by the donor to further the positive change in Barry County.

George Carroll Gift Annuity This charitable gift annuity designates the remainder to be distributed to the BCF Management Endowment Fund.
Jim & Mary Atkinson Charitable Gift Annuity This charitable gift annuity lasts for two lives, with the remainder to be distributed to the BCF Management Endowment Fund.
Larry & Lorene Blair Gift Annuity  This charitable gift annuity lasts for two lives, with the remainder to be distributed to the BCF Management Endowment Fund.
George "Bud" Leonard Gift Annuity This fund will create several new funds at the maturation of this annuity.
JK Simpson Charitable Gift Annuity This charitable gift annuity lasts for two lives, with the remainder to be distributed to the BCF Management Endowment Fund.
