Council on Foundation National Standards
 

 

Allows you to select a particular area of interest that is close to your heart. When we approve a grant to an organization in your particular field of interest, we make the gift in your name.  A gift of $10,000 is needed for this type of fund, which creates a lasting legacy of caring in a way that is close to your heart.

Barry County Conservancy Fund The fund shall be used to promote and support the establishment of land conservancy and conservation as determined from time to time by an advisory committee and approved by the Foundation
Barry County Seniors/Disabled Citizens Fund This shall provide funds to be expended for assistance to aged and/or disabled residents of Barry County who are at risk of losing the ability to live in their own homes because of the need to pay for modifications and repairs to their homes and/or to fund transportation co
Barry County Young Person's Fund The fund shall be used for the support of young people who reside in Barry County through scholarships, and/or educational development experiences, and/or leadership training, and/or any other opportunities for leadership development of Barry County Young
HTP Community Leadership Fund The fund shall support activities and programs within Barry County that encourage and grow individual leaders
Kay D. Loftus Fund for Children
Kyomi's Gift Fund Kyomi's Gift is an outstretched hand that offers support and genuine caring to children and their families when the children require extraordinary care.
S. C. Blood Family Fund This fund shall be used in Barry County rural agricultural field for activities, projects, or programs that promote and continue the agricultural and pioneer heritage of the area.  Priority given, but not limited to, Carlton, Woodland, Castleton and Irving Township
TAEF - Calvin C. Plummer Memorial Fund The fund shall be used to enhance the quality of life for mentally and/or physically challenged individuals (special needs persons) residing in Barry County for equipment and/or services not already available to them.
TAEF - Frank Tichvon Memorial Fund The fund shall be used for support of the Thornapple Area Enrichment Foundation Field of Interest
Thornapple Area Enrichment Foundation Fund The fund will be used for the support of the Thornapple Area Enrichment Foundation for charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes for and in the Thornapple Area.
