Hastings Business & Professional Women – Women Helping Women Non-Traditional Scholarship

- This scholarship is open to males and females, but consideration will be given to female applicants.
- This non-traditional scholarship is awarded to an applicant who is returning to the workplace, changing careers or entering into the workforce for the first time. It is targeted to those 21 years of age or older.

- The preferred student will have been an active 4-H member and participant at the Barry County Fair for four or more consecutive years.
- Provide a letter of recommendation from an adult in at least three of the following areas: 4-H leader, teacher, coach, employer, pastor, neighbor, athletic director, etc. Letters from immediate family members will not qualify.
Viking Group Scholarship

- Children up to the age of 23 of full-time Viking Group, Inc., U.S., employees who have been actively employed with the company at a location outside of West Michigan for at least one year prior to the application deadline date;
- High school seniors or graduates who plan to enroll or students who are already enrolled in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school; and
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
