The purpose is to award a scholarship to graduating high school seniors and graduates of TK Schools exhibiting leadership skills and pursuing a career as a professional firefighter or a degree or certificate at technical or vocational school.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of or a graduating high school senior from TK Schools.
- Financial need is not a requirement, but students must fill out the FAFSA application: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov
- Applicants will be evaluated on their essays
- Leadership experience is required.
- Work experience is preferred.
