Barry Community Enrichment Center (BCEC)
The Barry Community Enrichment Center (BCEC) is home to 11 non-profit agencies who are dedicated to providing our community with a variety of services, enrichment and education. The building is host to community events, workshops and classes.
Geographic Affiliates
The Barry Community Foundation supports two geographic affiliates: Thornapple Area Enrichment Foundation (TAEF) and Delton Kellogg Education Foundation (DKEF).
KickStart to Career
KickStart to Career is a new children’s savings program that provides local kindergartners with a savings account seeded with $50.00, and is designed to help students start saving money for their future college or career training expenses.
Leadership Barry County
Connection is the cornerstone of leadership. Our mission is to develop and link leaders for stronger communities. We strive to provide those opportunities to the people of Barry County. We value integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, inclusiveness, and professional and personal growth.
NextGen
The goal of the Next Generation Fund is to create a venue for people of this age range to become involved in the community, philanthropy, and service while considering the demanding lifestyles and family obligations. Members will be given a voice on how funds are spent.
Youth Advisory Council
The Youth Advisory Council is a committee of the Barry Community Foundation. YAC is comprised of 13-18 year old students who live or attend school in Barry County.
