Each year the Thornapple Area Enrichment Foundation (TAEF) seeks nominations for the annual Hometown Hero award. Nominations are for outstanding individuals in the community who exemplify excellence, integrity and commitment.
To Nominate Someone
If you know of someone deserving of this special award, please email or mail your nomination describing how this person has exemplified outstanding service to his or her community.
Nominations must include:
- Nominee’s name
- Nominee’s address
- Nominee’s phone number
- A brief explanation — about 250 words — of why the nominee should be considered
Nominators are asked to include their contact information as well.
Honoree Dinner
TAEF hosts an annual Honoree Dinner to celebrate Thornapple Kellogg community members that provide outstanding service to the community. Each year a new nominee is selected by the Board of Directors and honored at a special dinner in September.
