James E. Boger Memorial Fund

James (Jim) Boger grew up in Clarksville, Ml and graduated from Lakewood High School. As an adult he lived in Hastings for over 15 years raising his family before returning to Clarksville then ultimately Nashville. His 3 girls attended Hastings schools. Jim was very active in his kid’s and most recently his grandkid’s school events and sports. He was always an advocate of achieving success whether that was educational, sports, or career. He worked at AIS Equipment for 20 years and advocated higher education including the trades programs. His daughters, all still playing a part in the local community would like to continue his advocacy through this fund.

Purpose is to provide a scholarship to either a Hastings or Lakewood graduating senior pursuing a certification or license in the skilled trades – plumbing, HVAC, mechanics, electrical, welding, and similar trades or in business information technology and software.
