The Kate Kwasny Memorial Scholarship Foundation is dedicated to providing scholarships for Delton-Kellogg high school seniors who are pursuing a career in education. Kate was a graduate of Delton Kellogg Schools and Western Michigan University. She was a business teacher at Comstock High School when her life was tragically ended in a car accident at age 23. Kate truly believed that “Education Changes Lives”. Each year, her legacy is honored with the awarding of a 4-year renewable scholarship of $1,000 for students who continue to pursue a degree in education, are in good academic standing and are following in the path Kate carved for herself.
