DKEF – Barbara Colleen Hooten Memorial Scholarship for Hastings

Student must be a graduating senior of Hastings High School system.
Student must be accepted to an accredited college or university.
Student must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
Student must be pursuing a degree in education.
