- Student must be a graduating senior of Delton Kellogg Schools.
- Student must be accepted to an accredited vocational or trade school
- Student will be evaluated strongly on community involvement and leadership experience.
- Student should demonstrate service before self.
- Student must provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher
