- Must be a graduating high school senior from Delton Kellogg High School.
- Must be accepted at an accredited post-secondary school or vocational/technical institute.
- Financial need is not a requirement, but students must fill out the FAFSA application: http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. Middle income is preferred.
- Must have a GPA of at least 2.0 (not a scoring criteria).
- Must be pursuing a degree in the field of art including but not limited to fine arts, performing arts, visual arts or graphic/video art.
